Dictionaries & Encyclopedias

The most scholarly liturgical dictionary, Cabrol's Dictionnaire d'Archéologie chrétienne et de liturgy (B382) covers only up to the ninth century, but there are several smaller works of high quality such as Podhradsky's New Dictionary of Liturgy (B389) which supplies basic information on modern liturgical matters, and Davies' Dictionary of Liturgy and Worship (B383) which covers liturgy from an ecumenical perspective.
